Circumstances of Eligible Refund and No Refund

FonePaw provides a 30-day Money Back Guarantee based on accepted circumstances so that we can offer our best services and products. All FonePaw software provides the free trial version for customers before purchase the full version. FonePaw recommends our customers to try the product to confirm whether it is the one you need before purchasing. This also helps customers avoid purchasing the wrong product.

As FonePaw offers ‘try-before-you-buy’ system, refunds will be approved within this guarantee only under the accepted circumstances below. If a purchase exceeds the product's specified money-back-guarantee period, or it is out of the accepted circumstances, no refund will be given.

Part 1. Circumstances of No Refund

As FonePaw offers the free trial version to try before purchasing, FonePaw generally does not refund or exchange products in the following situations:

Non-technical Circumstances：

• Failure to read the product description before purchasing and thus resulting in dissatisfaction with the product's function. It is highly recommended that every customer read the product description and try the free trial version before purchasing.

Note: FonePaw does not refund software if products fail to meet customer's needs due to a lack of understanding by the customer, of the products functions and capabilities. However, FonePaw would exchange the purchased product for the correct product outright with price difference within the guarantee period. If the purchased product is exchanged for a correct product of lower price, FonePaw will not refund the price difference.

• A refund for the failure to receive registration code after the order has been successful. Generally, the registration code will be automatically sent within 1 hour. But sometimes it may be delayed by email spam setting, internet issue, etc. In this case, please contact FonePaw Support Team. We will retrieve registration code for customers ASAP within 24 hours.
• Purchase of a wrong product, which has already been followed by the purchase the correct product from another company.
• A customer refund request on complaint of credit card fraud or other unauthorized payment. As FonePaw cooperates with an independent payment platform, it's impossible to monitor authorization during payment. In this case, FonePaw recommends customers to contact the card issuers if there is a fraud. And the refund cannot be accepted. However, FonePaw will exchange the purchased product for one the customer would like.
• FonePaw Product price differences between different regions or price differences between FonePaw and other companies.
• As the purchase is finished, it cannot be refunded by the reason of incompatible with the operating system. FonePaw highly recommends customers try the software before purchase.
• A refund request due to price change or purchase from promotion campaigns.
• A customer has a 'change of mind' after purchase.

Technical Circumstances:

• When meeting some technical trouble, customers are supposed to cooperate with FonePaw Support Team to provide detailed information, screenshots and files. A refund request won't be allowed if customers refuse to cooperate or refuse to try the solutions provided by FonePaw.
• A refund request for technical problems after the software has been updated, if the order exceeds 30 days.

Part 2. Circumstances of Eligible Refund

FonePaw offers refund or exchange the product for the following circumstances below.

Non-technical Circumstances：

• Purchase of the same product twice at the same time. With confirmation of FonePaw Support Team, FonePaw will refund one of the products for customer, or exchange one program for another FonePaw product.
• Purchase of two products with similar functions. In this case, FonePaw will refund one of the products or exchange one program for another FonePaw product if required.
• The customer does not receive their registration code within 24 hours of purchase, has failed to retrieve the registration code from the FonePaw Support Center, and has not received a timely response (within 24 hours) from the FonePaw Support Team after making contact. In this case, FonePaw will refund the customer's order if they have no need of the product in future.
• Purchase of a 'wrong product', and then purchase of the correct product from our company. In this case, FonePaw will refund the price of the wrong product for you if you have no need for it.

Technical Problems:

• Within 30 days, no solution has provided to deal with the technical problems of the software. In this case, FonePaw will refund the purchase if the customer requests.

Once a refund is issued, the corresponding license will be deactivated. Thus, please:

Download Version: Uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.

Disc Version: Destroy the disc, then uninstall the software from your computer.
