Besides media format, you can configure the following properties of the exporting project.
Export Path: Click "browse" to select a folder to save the exported project.
Resolution: The size of the exported video/GIF. There are 6 resolution options: 720p, 1280p, Mobile, Square, VR, General. Select the one that you need or select Custom to create a custom resolution.
Video bitrate: Bitrate is the number of bits of data processed in a unit of time. Generally, videos with a higher bitrate have better image quality. However, if a project is created by low-quality videos, selecting a higher bitrate in exporting won't help with the quality problem.
Frame rate: Frame rate is the number of frames displayed per second during the playback of a video. The higher the frame rate, the smoother the movement in the video will be, which will result in larger file size.
Audio bitrate: The amount of data that are processed per second. Generally, audio files with the higher have a better sound quality and of course the larger file size.
Channels: The number of sound channels: Mono(single channel), Stereo(dual channel), 5.1 surround sound.
