According to the principle of data recovery, there are some rules that you should follow for data recovery:
1. Do not use the system or hard disk of the computer after the data is deleted. If you continuously use your computer, the space saving the deleted content will be overwritten by the newly-input data. Thus, the lost items cannot be got back.
2. Find some data recovery experts/software. As the files cannot be restored from recycle bin and backups, a data recovery software is a must. Search the top data recovery and start with it to scan the hard drive. All deleted items can be scanned out and listed for you.
3. Install a data recovery program on the drive that didn't contain the deleted files. If you install it on the same disk that saves the deleted items, that means there are some new data written into the sector keeping the removed files, so the files cannot be recovered.
